YOUR API DATA MATTERS.

ABLAZE BaaS APP

FAQ’s

  • The Ablaze App is a powerful Back-end as a Service (BaaS) solution and advanced API aggregator, designed specifically to help CPA firms unlock and consolidate 'hidden' API data from their cloud accounting portfolios. With no extra costs per entity, it offers unmatched data extraction for multi-company reporting. Whether you manage 10 clients or 10,000, the cost stays the same, making it a scalable and cost-effective solution for any firm. We charge the same regardless of the number of clients because we believe in democratizing access to high-quality business intelligence.

One of our core pillars at Ablaze Collective is Founders. That’s why we’ve structured our app in a way that allows firms to white-label and resell it under their own name. By doing so, we honour our collective vision by offering the best-in-class BI and analytics professional services, ensuring that every firm—no matter its size—has the opportunity to benefit from cutting-edge technology.

  • The 'hidden' data in the APIs matters because it provides a deeper, more comprehensive view of financial and operational performance that standard QuickBooks and Xero interfaces don’t offer. This data is often buried within APIs and isn’t accessible through the standard user interfaces (UI), making it difficult for CPA firms to gain the full picture of their clients’ financial health and business activities.

Here’s why this 'hidden' data is crucial:

    1. Enhanced Decision-Making: 'Hidden' API data includes detailed transaction records, custom fields, and other granular information that can reveal trends, risks, and opportunities that standard reports miss. Accessing this data allows CPA firms to provide more accurate and strategic advice to their clients.

    2. Customized Reporting: With 'hidden' API data, firms can create bespoke reports that are tailored to specific client needs, offering insights that go beyond what is available in 'plug and play' apps. This level of customization is essential for firms that manage a diverse range of clients.

    3. Competitive Advantage: Firms that leverage 'hidden' API data can offer more valuable services, such as predictive analytics, cash flow forecasting, and risk management, setting them apart from competitors who rely solely on visible UI data.

    4. Operational Efficiency: Access to this API data allows firms to automate processes, reduce manual data entry, and eliminate the need for multiple software solutions, leading to significant time and cost savings.

    5. Strategic Foresight: 'Hidden' API data enables firms to perform more sophisticated analysis, such as scenario planning and benchmarking, helping clients make informed decisions about their future.

  • Small and mid-size CPA firms should be using the Ablaze App because it 'levels the playing field,' giving them access to the same powerful data mining capabilities that have long been the exclusive advantage of national CPA firms, including the 'Big Four.' Here’s why this matters:

    1. Access to Advanced Tools: The 'Big Four' firms have traditionally had the resources to build custom solutions that mine hidden data from Quickbooks and Xero APIs, giving them insights that smaller firms couldn’t access. The Ablaze App democratizes this capability, making it affordable and accessible for small and mid-size firms.

    2. Competing on a New Level: With the Ablaze App, small and mid-size firms can now offer the same high-quality services as their larger counterparts. This means they can compete for bigger clients, provide more value to existing clients, and position themselves as strategic advisors rather than just service providers.

    3. Unlocking Growth Potential: By leveraging the hidden data within Quickbooks and Xero APIs, small and mid-size firms can uncover opportunities for growth that were previously out of reach. This includes offering new services like advanced analytics, customized reporting, and strategic consulting—services that can attract higher-paying clients and expand their market share.

This approach allows us to work closely with a select group of CPA firms to refine the app’s capabilities and ensure it meets the highest standards before a broader release. • Ablaze provides consented access to the data found in your business customers’ QuickBooks Online and Xero accounts via the official Application Programming Interface (API). Your customers control this access at all times, and we never see their login credentials.

With Ablaze, your customer's data is held to the highest level of bank-grade data security protocols at all times. It is encrypted end-to-end, in transit using SSL, and at rest using AES-256 managed by Microsoft Azure.
